Betfair: Timeform Daily: Sunday July 26, 2:25, Carlisle

Today’s update from Betfair:

Timeform run the rule over the field for the CFM Cash for Kids Handicap…

Angelo Poliziano In decent order at present, and not disgraced at Ayr last time. Still 4 lb higher than when winning at Wolverhampton in June but consistency will count for plenty in a relatively weak event such as this.

Lucky Dan produced an improved effort to win at Hamilton on latest start and every chance he’ll show up well again but drop in trip not sure to suit and has a 7 lb rise to deal with.

Cheyenne Red finished in frame on all his starts in maidens and although his handicap debut can be regarded as slightly disappointing he’s not one to be giving up on just yet and has been dropped 2 lb since then too.

Exceed Elegance is still a maiden but has run with credit on three of her last four starts, keeping on well into third at Ayr on Monday. Hasn’t suggested she’d benefit from a drop back in trip but at least it is a fairly stiff 5f.

Moneysupermarket’s best effort in maidens came at 5f and she flattened out late on at 6f on her handicap debut last time. Now able to make use of her speed and improvement not out of question on only her fifth outing.

Scrapper Smith showed only modest form for Ed Vaughan last season and was sold cheaply after his final start. Some promise on reappearance and shaped as if still in form last time but may need a further drop in the weights.

Adozen Dreams went the wrong way after winning a nursery at Musselburgh and promised nothing on her reappearance.

Iachimo made a successful start to handicapping at Lingfield in March but only one creditable effort since. Visor removed now but still no betting proposition.
