River
In poker, the last card dealt in a hand of stud or hold‘em.
RNG
Random Number Generator - the code in the casino software that produces random results for the player. It is vital that the RNG produces truly random results, rather than being biased in some way, or open to tampering / hacking. Reputable casinos have their RNG checked by outside bodies regularly to ensure that random numbers are being generated - if the casino you currently play at does not do this then you should consider changing to one that does.
